Database within The Phone Blower

Within The Phone Blower there is a database that keeps record of the amount of phones that have been processed and repaired for corporate buyers. This database will tell how many times a phone has been repaired using The Phone Blower, and also an approximate of how many more times a phone with a certain extent of damage can be further repaired again, before a replacement is needed. Databases help organize information, keeping them in a clear and concise order.

Website-Internet promotion

Social media is becoming the new way for the world of advertising. It reaches a broader audience than any other type of advertising methods. A large market of phone buyers include young adults, who are also the main views of social media sites including blogs. If many people see this new invention in blogs, gossip websites and technological sites they will eventually find interest in this new product that will help some of life's daily mishaps.

The software CD that comes with the product is to be installed on a computer and then the device is able to be connected with computer through a standard usb cable. The installation process is short and simple. The results of the scan to assess the level of water damage to the phone is processed through the computer. The will also be a visual of the level of damage inside the phone. Sections of the phone which have been slightly affected will be shown in green, and sections that that minor damage will be in orange, and finally severe damage will be shown in red. The mini LCD screen on the outside of The Phone Blower displays minor information on the time it will take for the phone to be completely dried. After the phone is dried, it is then thoroughly scanned once again to make sure that all water is removed from the phone. Communication between the computer and The Phone Blower is important to the state of the cellphone.

The hardware component of The Phone Blower consists of a combination of various devices. Including, a scanner, a mini LCD screen and a powerful blower/dryer. The damaged phone must be inserted into the bed of the Phone Blower so that the scanner can analyze the extent of the damage.

The purpose of the scanner is for the Phone Blower to be able to see where the damage is in the phone and the level of severity. The scanner will also tell if the damage can be assessed and if the phone needs to be replaced because there is only a certain level of water damage that The Phone Blower can be able to fix. The blower/dryer portion of the Phone Blower is to completely dry the phone and remove all traces of water. While on the bed of The Phone Blower the phone constantly being rotated so that all portions of the phone can be thoroughly dried.

Software-The Phone Blower

  • Software gives an overview of how a program works. Without software, a program wouldn't know how to function and perform certain tasks. The Phone Blower is a device that would be able to read software in some sort. It would be reading the current state of the phone and be able to process its total damage. Along with The Phone Blower, there will also be a software disk that will provide step by step directions on how to operate this device.
  • The software instructions for operation will be clear and concise, which will help those who aren't very "TECHSAVVY" be able to properly function the device. Majority of this device will be manufactured to technical repair companies, but also be able for purchase from the corporate website for those individuals who might need it. Thus avoiding an expensive cost of purchasing a new phone from a phone company.

Water Damage to Cellphones>>>New Invention

With the increase in manufacturing of cellphones their prices increases based on the capabilities of the phone. Even if you have insurance from your service provider, it usually doesn't cover serious damage or water damage, which is very typical with most cellphone owners.

I for one have been the victim of water damage to my cellphone. A careless mistake while washing my hands and talking on the phone while over the bathroom sink, ended up with my phone falling and submerging into the sink full of water. Luckily I reacted quickly and was able to save my phone from any serious water damage.

I have come up with the idea of a machine that will solve the problem of water damage to cellphones.
